Re: The Disco Yeti Song
I had to forward this along to several friends! And I just spent the last hour+ reading the entire thing. Nice work!

I'm reading through it as well -- it's really clever and entertaining!
And I may have to start using the Disco Yeti Rating System in everyday life.

Hopefully Expedition Everest will be able to get that major refurb soon that is required to get the Yeti back in A mode...

...Walt Disney World aside...
generally speaking, from what I have seen, maintenance is usually pretty good at the Disneyland Resort with animatronics and such.
I'm still hoping that they will be able to shut "Alice" down soon to work on that permanent railing solution.
As for the Yeti, people should really try e-mailing the Walt Disney World Resort website about it and even try writing physical letters.
Its worth a try.

I heard the Yeti isn't fixed because it would be a major cost. I heard it was a foundation thing and they would have to do major construction to fix it. and it's just not in the budget now.

Re: The Disco Yeti Song
There's a chance a fix for the yeti is coming. He's covered with a scrim until the beginning of next month while Engineering researches possible solutions. It's a good sign, at least.
Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.
