Is it being sent to Disney email addresses? If so, I don't have one :(

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

Something that a company values so much that if you even think about using it without permission they will sue you into the stone age. Or something like that.Goofyernmost wrote:OK, I'll bite...what is Intellectual Property?

Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

YUP..you have a company outlook account..you get one.joanna71985 wrote:Is it being sent to Disney email addresses? If so, I don't have one :(
If you do not have a company outlook account, I strongly suggest you check out the portal on this newest policy installment from Legal.
Of course, I assume that you have already done so regarding "social networking" policy from Legal. If you have not, you need to hit both of them and fast if you use the Internet.
Good Luck!

Of course, they are so good at making stuff like that important to find on the Hub...
My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?
Re: Disney Legal
Eh, then make your manager do some work. They are required to have printed copies of all policy changes for cast that do not have access to a company outlook account.Big Wallaby wrote:Of course, they are so good at making stuff like that important to find on the Hub...
If your manager is an idiot, call EAP or Disney Legal. Request a printed copy of the policy change and report your idiot manager for violation of company policy.
I am tired of cast getting termed because they are not properly informed. Oh yeah, and the new year is starting with a race to see how fast that paperwork can be used here at WDW.

I understood it when I first signed up, any good idea they come up with is theirs, and any idea I come up with while employed is theirs. I signed that paper. It's a bit frightening to think what more there could be.

Any good idea you come up with AFTER you've left the company is still their idea!Big Wallaby wrote:It's a bit frightening to think what more there could be.

Mapo, c'mon, you're expecting someone in that company to have a shred of sense? Please, their so called management, legal, et. teams have the brain functions of a coffee table. You can't expect a damn thing from them at all.mapo wrote:Eh, then make your manager do some work.
