I saw that. It's really sad :(

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

Yes. My heart goes out to the bus driver for having to watch that happen right in front of her.joanna71985 wrote:I saw that. It's really sad :(

Friends and I were talking about this yesterday and we agreed: It was natural selection.
Sorry. While it's sad this happened, guy should have been in the crosswalk. It's what the things were made for. Can't tell you how many times lately I've seen people come this close to getting hit because they aren't using crosswalks.
I dunno. Maybe I'm just cracky cause Im up earlier than I wanted to be today.
(Anyone know why it was ORMC and not celebration like any other accidents at WDW?)

I just saw who the driver is. That couldn't have happened to a nicer person.

Re: Yet another bus accident...
What a shame. One man dead and a good person's career possibly ruined all due to idiocy.
My understanding is that while Celebration is RCFD's first choice of a hospital they will take the patient to another of the area's hospitals if Celebration's ER is to swamped to take them. It could also be that ORMC has a better trauma center or the family requested that hospital.IndyandMarion wrote:(Anyone know why it was ORMC and not celebration like any other accidents at WDW?)
Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

I saw this on Syndrome's article yesterday, it is very sad. I agree with BW, one person's life is over and another's is destroyed.

ORMC is Trauma One. He was life flighted to give him the best chance possible.IndyandMarion wrote:Friends and I were talking about this yesterday and we agreed: It was natural selection.

This is so sad. I feel for both the bus driver and the man's family.
