Not just this. When Heath Ledger died, he hadn't updated his will yet to leave anything to his (then) two year old daughter, Matilda. Johnny, along with Colin Farrell and Jude Law, were cast to replace Heath in different parts of his role in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.
