I loved this movie growing up. The trailer makes this look like it's going to be every bit as good as the original.

The opinions expressed here may not be those of kcberlin. Sometimes I just like to stir shit.

Every subsequent trailer that's come out has made me want to see the movie even more...

I believe the first link in this thread was for the "teaser" that was first shown at ComicCon last year, back when this was pretty much a secret project.

Then came the trailer that was widely seen in theaters in the spring and summer:

But I think the best one is the most-recent that came out over the summer:

Yes, and in the 2nd trailer, when he is telling his kid the "bedtime story" you can see a poster on the wall of some other Disney awesomeness "The Black Hole".

That was a fantastic and underrated movie.. (and up until Tron was release had the longest computer generated effects sequence in a movie..)

Still can't wait for Tron:Legacy..

Nice catch. Black Hole was an underrated gem.

You can also see an Apple II/IIe in the background of the bedtime story scene.

Bit of trivia:
I'm sure most of you know that "The Black Hole" was Disney's first PG-rated film.

But do you know what the second one was?

Dear World: Please enjoy this movie. I want "my" trilogy.

Seriously. . . they want to make this the beginning of a trilogy and personally. . . I'm all for it.
