The computer says it was at 1:00!

So apparently Disney has a new application, or computer program, where they put in the information of the rides and people see it. They have now included entertainment. I don't know if it's the mobile magic or one at the Disney website, either way I HATE that application. I'm going to pray really hard that the computer where is hosted crashes and burn.
Over the past few weeks I have gotten yelled more times that I care because they mobile crap says one thing and off course we have another one. I am now convinced that there is such thing as giving too much information to a guest. The other day the application said that Tink was in Pixie Hollow but unfortunately Tink had an emergency and had to leave, so there was no Tink, but because that stupid crap said it did people would get on the line despite of what the sign said or what we told them. Then when they would not get Tinkerbell they would go find CM to harass them and scream at them because "MY APPLICATION SAYS SHE WAS HERE! WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO NOW? YOU ARE RUINING MY VACATION!"
Just the other day over at the Glade I got yelled again and this guest was absolutely ridiculous:
Guest: Is this the Tiana line?
Me: Yes, but I'm sorry it's closed. We will be back at 1:40.
Guest: "What do you mean at 1:40, she's starts at 1:00!
Me: No mam, she's starts at 1:40.
Guest: YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE RIDICULOUS, THIS IS RIDICULOUS. DISNEY HAS BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTING THIS TRIP! I HAVE YOU KNOW THIS IS MY 9TH TIME HERE. SO I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING. THE COMPUTER SAYS SHE STARTS AT 1:00!
Me: I'm sorry mam, but what computer?
Guest: DISNEY HAS AN APPLICATION ON THE COMPUTER THAT TELLS YOU THE TIME AND IT SAYS 1:00 NOT 1:40!
Me: Well I'm sorry I don't know of any application but-
Guest: HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW?! DON'T YOU WORK HERE?!
Me: Mam, I don't know about any application, but I do know that Tiana is back at 1:40.
Guest: This is stupid, you're all stupid!
She then proceeded to walk off dragging the kids. The worst part is that she came back at 2:15 when Tiana was trying to finish off the line to go to the parade. The line had been closed over 30 minutes and she wanted to go in because I had told her it was at 1:40. She had a complete melt down and proceeded to call me every name in the book.
Another Guest came in and because that stupid application has the end of the set times she wanted me to let her in despite of the fact that I still had a long line. Apparently they are under the impression that we have to let them in regardless of how long the line is. She insisted that "IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU HAVE A LINE! IF THE APPLICATION SAYS YOU ARE HERE AT THIS TIME YOU HAVE TO LET ME IN." She threaten and scream at me for a good minute or so before she gave it up and left. I was almost ready to call security.
I'm beginning to think that people need to be reminded that characters are HUMAN OR ANIMALS. They are not a mechanical ride that only need maintenance once in a while. Humans have needs and our characters are busy people. A little understanding would go a long way and teach a lot to your kids. But off course that would require some to think of others and God knows that we don't do that anymore.
Also I'm sorry but in my free time I don't feel the need to go browse the Disney website for entertainment schedules. I have children, a husband, and family members I like to see and spend time with. I know how to do my job quite well and don't need the site to tell me what I already know.
