Is there a difference?

Post by whopper_49 » Thu Dec 10, 2009 11:37 am

Is there a difference between the WDWCP and being an intern? A friend's son has a chance at being an intern through his college horticulture program. Thank you!

Yes. Professional internships are generally paid better and have to do with your major compared to WDWCP which is just basic hourly work.

Thank you for the info. He has 5 different places he can choose from, including the Smithsonian, but I think he would enjoy the diverse choices at WDW.

He's done an awesome job so far if he has 5 places to choose from. And Disney does have a wide range of plant species in their care. But it has to be a tough choice between Disney and the Smithsonian.
