Those shouldn't be for sale. The pins are service awards given to Cast Members and the training guide is an internal document. I've reported them to Disney's antipiracy team.
Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

Re: I have a HUGH problem with this....
everything gets on there.
I have even seen in-house charactor costumes on there.
the idiot even had a close up photo of the Disney wardrobe tag posted and all. I called Disney legal and said there was some "special" disney costumes for sale to the public on ebay. they said there are lots of disney costumes for sale all over. I said, But these are INHOUSE costumes. she said, oh, please hold. a man got on the line and thanked me very much. within 15 mins the auction was gone. I bet now the inhouse stuff is barcoded so it can be tracked. those things are expensive.

I agree with the doc. Let the CMs have first shot,of course if they do that the 'suits' would scarf it all up.
Years ago I got the inside scoop that a local hospital was having an auction. I get there an hour early to be told to come back in 45mins. I did,EVERYTHING was sold, the doctors bought it all up.

Yes, barcoded with name, check out date, CM ID #. All this is scanned in when costumes are checked out.drcorey wrote:I bet now the inhouse stuff is barcoded so it can be tracked.

Re: I have a HUGH problem with this....
Shorty, glad you reported. That training guide should never be out there. :( Now, please don't feel I'm arguing, but thoughts crossed my mind. The Disney Service Award might have been from a family member who passed, or an estate sale, or an unpaid storeage unit. The 5 yr. pin may also have been from someone who passed. With so many foreclosures & quick moves many beloved items must be left behind. Probably not, yet could be logical. My 5 yr. pin will never be given up. I don't wear my one yr. pin because it's my treasure & I don't want it to fall off name tag.Shorty82 wrote:Those shouldn't be for sale. I would gladly take that monorail training guide off their hands for them... but I am not exactly the general public.
