do you know god's extention?

Post by tourbunny » Sat Apr 10, 2004 11:28 am

so yesterday we got a heads up from guest services at the hotel that there might be a lady coming in to complaine. her complaint read that "she wanted at least a partial refund on her hotel room at the grand, she was outraged that the amount of sunlight at the pool left a lot to be desired. it is a pool where people want to tann themself, there should be more sunlight during the hours of 2pm and 6pm!"
ehm, ya, ma'am if you can tell me god's extention i'll let you use my phone to call his requestline...
i have absolutely no word for that lady.

i know you are an idiot but can you try not to be so stupid?

haha, I work in a hotel and I love it when people bitch about things we have NO control over and then expect to have money adjusted off the bill. I had a lady ask for our 100% guarantee for her hotel bill(about $245.00) because she felt that the pizza from room service was "too small to be a medium"(price of Pizza, $8.75). I told her that we only had one size and according to the menu that size was "a 7 inch personal pizza".

She claimed that we were trying to rip people off and misleading them...LADY IT SAYS HOW BIG IT IS IN THE MENU!!!

I solved it by asking her how much she would expect to pay for a small pizza at a hotel restaurant to which she replied $7.00...so I adjusted $1.75.
