"Keeping Up Appearances" and "Are You Being Served?" were mom's favorite British comedies; she didn't care so much for "As Time Goes By" or "Waiting For God", but she watched them occaisonally. Funny thing is, when they had this promotion asking viewers to tell them how much they enjoyed watching the British comedies on PBS, I had no problem letting them know what mom thought of them. But after she passed away, I tried to find the link so I could thank them for giving mom what little joy she had in her life, and all I found was information on the shows themselves, but no way to contact them for feedback. Weird. Almost creepy.
