I cannot defend my actions

A place to be entertained. Videos, jokes, games, and more.

At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.

Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

I cannot defend my actions

Post by Big Wallaby » Mon May 11, 2009 4:14 am

It happened a while back, on the banks of the Seven Seas Lagoon. I watched an SG parent do and say things that may forever destroy the experience of coming to Walt Disney World for his child. What I did was overboard, or rather, the SG after I was done with him. I cannot defend my actions... and even if I could, I don't know that I could keep a straight face.

Draw your own conclusions. Had I thought about it, I wouldn't have waited until his back was turned to me. But that is neither here nor there. You will see that I caught him off guard, and that no one came to his aid. I gave plenty of warning to those around of what I was going to do next. My actions were pre-meditated, and I am culpable for my actions. I followed the SG to the banks of the Lagoon. Furthermore, I stripped so I would not be in costume when I did what I did. No, as you can clearly see, I was naked when I did what I did. In the criminal case or lawsuit, this should probably be taken into account.

At least I didn't do it in my native habitat of the Monorail Platform, Safari dock or bus.

Someone was lucky enough to catch me in a moment that of rage and indescretion. I didn't know so many people were watching at the time. You can see what happened in the video, but not the moments leading up to it.

Here you go.

If you must do something as bold as that, best to do it naked!

Well, they did make a special modification, but usually I have to drive standing up or sitting a little sideways to give it room to sit.

By the way, Wombat, I have a special video camera mount I am getting that will allow me to shoot the video for your project. How is that coming lately, anyway?
