This is supposedly "just for cardmembers," but I thought some of you might want to know of this. The
Disney Rewards Visa website has a couple of Wall*E games online -- and when you complete the quiz successfully you can download a 2-page PDF file of a (small but cute) Wall*E paper model. It takes some time and some precision cutting, taping, and gluing to make, but hey -- it's free!
Here's the end result:

Yes... I see where you're going. I actually thought of that, but at 744 KB it's too big to post here. Sorry!

Some of us? Who could you possibly mean with that???
AHHHH!!!!!
I know where all the ink in my new cartridges is going to go LOL.
I will have to ask my husband to help me put him together though, with my bad eyes and finger joints I'll mutliate him.
This reminds me of the time that I got a 'build your own star wars ships" book when I was a kid. My sister made these amazing paper models from it. I remember getting so frustrated that I just cried because I couldn't properly insert tab A into slot b.
No comments from the peanut gallery, please.
LOL

I got this email yesterday from Walt Disney Company for a Wall-E website where you can build your own robot and also play Wall-E games.
http://disney.go.com/disneypictures/wall-e/buildabot/
It dosn't say anything about downloading a .pdf paper model, though. Must be different from the Disney Visa website version.

Yes there are two separate emails. the official site has been building slowly over the weeks it's so cool now that the links all work. The little game where he has to find eve with the fire extinguisher for propulsion is a favorite around here. You get the paper out wall-e from the link at the end of playing the Eve compatability game on the Visa card website link. Too adorable.
that reminds me I promised my sweeties I'd order them the DS game one for each of them so they can play together- my eyes can't focus on anything that small but I am sure I'll love the sound effects!

Wombat, Thank you for a totally cool waste of time for Disney CM's!!!!!
Not only have I played the games, I actually printed out the Wall-E's out of paper at first, then actually went out and bought index card stock and made more printouts for people at work!!
We have a 'window' between front and back of house--no glass, but a window, none the less-- and there's a whole fleet of Wall-E's on that sill. And management came in and saw them and started playing with them, too!!
Mind you, even though I printed the sheets at home, we all cut them out and assembled them while we were on the clock at work--it's a DISNEY product, so management didn't have a problem with it!!
He's so cute!!!!!!! I can't wait to go see the movie!!!!!!!!
