Appying to be a Wish Granter
A few years ago I had applied to be a Wish Granter with MAW, but it didn't work out because they CP came along and I left the state. I have never completely given up the idea, although studies and other things have been forefront in my thoughts . A few days ago I signed up for another Disney board and found several threads where people recounted their wish trips, and that inspired me to apply again. I have just filled out the online ap and will hopefully hear from our local organization soon. Wish me luck!

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

Now I think I would LOVE that job. Right up my alley. I go nuts for Wish families.
My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

Me too! I have met so many nice MAW/GKTW families. I would do anything to help make their stay pleasant.Big Wallaby wrote:Now I think I would LOVE that job. Right up my alley. I go nuts for Wish families.

Hey, PM me your email and I will send it off to someone I know who is in charge of fund raising stuff at GKTW. He got to give Henri (The founder) a tour when he came to town a couple of weeks ago. You probably have heard of him, but he swore me to secrecy on linking his job with his name.

I fixed it in the first part of the thread. The posts below your request have it wrong because even with the warning, people don't bother to fix the title.EeyoresButterfly wrote:Hmm, I just realized I totally made a typo in the thread title but I can't seem to edit my first post. Help?!
Anybody else embarrassed? Ask me.
