Big Wallaby's Big Move

Post by ktulu » Wed May 21, 2008 6:38 pm

So, I didn't want to do this in Randy's thread. That is for him.

So, BigW, can you get video of one or all of your different spiels? There are some of us who can't get to WDW to ride with you on the Safari (or bus!). Chances are I won't be back down until next summer. Thanks big guy :)

Thank you for respecting Randy with this thread.

Nice thing about my move? If it's my day off and I can get a day at Safari (and when can I not get an extra day there if I am available), I can work and you can request me. Unlike buses, where I can never go back because I left that division, I can always pick up shifts at Safari.

I can't ask someone to go record me doing my spiel, but if anyone would like to, they are welcome to do so, just PM me so I can't help... :D:

My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

I was going to make a comment that would tag along with this thread.... but out of respect for Big B. I wont disclose any information that may lead anyone to know your move before you are ready to "spill the beans" to the rest of the world.... On a issue somewhat related.. I HATE SAP.. when the heck is it going to be available again so i can check my record card... I want to make a move also... but dag nab it...... darn IT dept. broke it like a pregnet womens water....

Well i am off to neverland.... no i dont mean Micheal Jacksons house... tho I wounder if he still dresses like Capt. Eeo just for giggles??¿¿

Actually, I already mentioned it. I chose to say it in Randy's thread because he so loved the Monorail, and because I would have loved to take him and a few other SGTers for a ride in the front cab...

Yeah, I'm only 1/2 SG, on my mother's side.

Ahhhhh, well that is good news :) Now if I could just get down there to do some recording and work it so I could take multiple rides while recording. Disney might balk at the 3 camera shoot and wiring you up to a mic (or having a boom), so maybe I'd have to do it under cover as a guest.

Suddenly though, I have an idea for a tv show...

Wallaby, I just read your transfer announcement. How cool! It's an awesome idea, and I hope everything goes as you'd like it to. Being a monorail pilot is one of my Disney dream jobs.

To everyone else: If you haven't ridden on Wallaby's KSR truck, GET THEE TO ANIMAL KINGDOM BEFORE JUNE 10!!! You owe it to yourself -- he is by far the best driver we ever had.

Get thee down there, Ktulu, and do some recording for posterity. Would love to see it on YouTube where we can all enjoy it, if BW wouldn't mind, that is. I'm just sorry I'm not going to get the chance to see his spiel in person. But I'm looking forward to spending some quality time with BW and Randy B in the front of the monorail.

I've been trying, but Wombat wouldn't take me, no conferences I can go to for work, and everyone else that is going seems to forgetting to send me my tickets ;)

Now, if something happens and I get there after the move, I'll harass BW until he concedes and takes a KSR shift, then figure out a way to ride over and over recording the different spiels until he tells me he's spent. Then I'll stay a little extra time so BW and I can edit it, if he wants. Otherwise muhahahahahaha

I meant to take you with us, ktulu, I really, really wanted to, but, um... there were six of us, and the Walt Disney Suite only sleeps seven... oh, wait. Crud. Um, I mean, um... I forgot. :o:
