Wow, as an ex-hotel manager, I can tell you that's the most spot on correct article on upgrades I've ever read. He's absolutely 100% correct on all points!

Hookers, generally, only mess up the sheets. They don't break mirrors, light fixtures and plug up the plumbing with flushed contraband when they "hear something" outside. ;)

These ARE the same fools that believe that it "ruins" an entire vacation to not be able to bully their way into a character greet "after they need to leave for the airport" or are not given a free icecream simply for stating that "you are ruining my entire vacation". These are the same people who insist that if you make enough noise you can change the answer to any question, just like if you see a movie enough times (I would mention read a book, but they don't read unless they are forced to) the ending will eventually come out different.

So you are right that they are probably all flagged and have absolutely no idea why.
