Okay, so I went over and watched the ORIGINAL Humpty Hump. Never heard about that song or dance before.

Well, 1998 I was living in a small town of about 4000, called Willits up in Nor Cal in the Redwoods, working for a classic rock station, so rap did not come my way at all. I was the Program/Music Director of the station so all *records* (yes, those vinyl things :D: and then eventually CDs) had to come my way for a listen, but no rap music ever came to me.

I liked the song. BUT NOT that hideous clown video. I think I will go do the Humpty Hump and try to drop some weight!

Actually pretty good old school rap. I could dance to it! I'll give it a 9, Mr Clark! ;)

WOW! I am impressed! 65 lbs in 6 months. I have gotten down to 208 and hit a wall. I can only do so much with diet. Green Tea, eh? I have heard that it works to boost the metabolism.

It is so sad, I used to be a stick figure, I was so skinny when I was young! I could not put on weight at all, no matter how much I ate. My mom used to laugh and say, "Wait til your forties, You won't be complaining about NOT putting it on, you will be crying about how to take it off!" She was right, as usual. Why are mom's always right? Ay least, mine is. Makes me eat my words, as crunchy as they are!

I need to exercise, but my back won't allow for too much activity, so I have to find some gentle exercises that will burn fat and still not hurt my back. I go back to the Spine Specialist at the end of the month and I am going to discuss the *S* word with him. It is time. The shots ain't working and I need to get rid of this pain once and for all.

Even if (and I am sure I will be) I am left with some pain, it cannot be as bad as this. So, I WISH I could do a workout, but alas, it has to wait!

Biggest Loser, Here I come! Except I don't have ENOUGH weight to lose to be on there. I only have about 50 lbs to go. It WILL come off if I could burn it off with exercise, not a problem. I eat better now and am not packing anymore weight on, except when we went to DL last trip, I gained 10 and then dropped it all off again this past month. I just have to get active and walk and move and my back will not let me do that. These past couple days have been particularly bad, I think the weather pressure changes have been f'ing with my back and arthritis.

So until I can move and groove again, the weight just sits there and mocks me! It is the usual middle aged flab. Maybe lipo and a tummy tuck???

Nah, that is not me. I don't go for the plastic surgery. I am too much of a natural, well except the one surgery I had, Reduction surgery! That was neccessary! I will show you all before and after pics. It was truly painful *before* and you know crazy, but the only ones who told me NOT to do it, were my MALE friends! Figures. They have a preoccupation with boobies!
Pictures to come as soon as I can get em scanned. Y'all are gonna freak when you see the difference in what reduction surgery did for me! Iam in heaven since all that weight is gone and I know it affested my back. It had a LOT to do with the pain I have now. You will see how much they had to take to make me normal and not a big boobed freak! I will go look for those pictures now! I am sure all the males cannot wait!!!!!!!

The surgery was intense and painful! It took a couple weeks to recover, but about 2 days into the recovery, I started to hemorrhage and Ralphie had to rush me to the hospital at midnight. I was scared, becuase I honestly thought I was going to die that night. I could have. The blood just kept coming and by the time I got to the hospital, it was seeping out of the stitches and all over the place. I was SCARED! My Plastic Surgeon was on call that night, so he came and tied off the vessel that was bleeding and I had to stay two more days in the hospital! It took a long time to heal. But it was the BEST thing I ever did for myself.

I was a 44 double I and I went to a 40 C and I lost 7 lbs of fat off of my chest. That was a BIG lot of fat! I still feel great and have not gained back the fat there. The scars are healing and I am happy. I would recommend this to any woman or girl who has this problem. My Surgeon told me that they were seeing a LOT of young girls coming in for this type of reduction. He and I discussed the possibility that Hormones in our food now, can cause this early maturation in young women.

It is horrible when you are walking ANYWHERE and everyone's eyes go immdiately to your chest. How could they not? My chest was the size of two large watermelons and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! I told all my male friends who told me NOT to do it (Ralphie was happy for me getting this done) that they should carry around two bowling balls all day hung from around their neck with rope. THAT is exactly how it felt. It hurt my neck, shoulders, and back. It was UNHEALTHY and PAINFUL!!!!!!

Before the surgery I weighed 228 and after the surgery I weighed 221 and after I recovered fully, I was able to exercise, (this was before my back injury!) and I lost a LOT of wieght very quickly.

I went down to 198 and then I injured my back lifting the dog in my internship! That was it. I put back on 20 lbs and have never been able to get below 205 and that is with starving myself. I hope that the docs can fix my back and I will back to my fighting weight of 150-160 again! HAPPY!!! HAPPY!!! JOY!!! JOY!!!
Can't wait, to lose the weight!

That is my story of how a surgery CAN change your life. It did mine. I had a LOT more confidence after the surgery and felt so much better about myself. I know that it was hormones creeping up on me in the change of life that did it, but I am glad that I did something about it! :D:

I clicked on the link 'cause I wanted to see Alcoholics Anonymous doing the Humpty Hump, then I figured out that drcorey meant Audio Animatronics.
