All 75 will be on display by the Mickey floral at the front of the MK on 18 November, and will be distributed around WDW for the following five or six months (or until the guests destroy them). Survivors will then take a world tour.
Now, wouldn't you think this would be a logical opportunity to sell a limited edition pin set? Think of it -- 75 pins at $12.50 each, and every pin addict on the planet is going to want a set.

So, did the contracts with the artists include permission for pins?

That's right, they did not. No problem, send out a letter asking each artist to sign off on the pin reproduction rights and we're right back in business, right?

Now let's not always see the same hands....
Sixty of the artists willingly signed off, but fifteen are either holding out for cash or just don't get what money is for. So our limited edition "75 Mickeys" pin set will be extremely limited ... to just 60 Mickeys. :?
Or it will be if they decide to produce them. Right now the decision is that there will be no pins produced. That's right, the Company is skipping a profit opportunity; the place really is going downhill. :bang:
I think I can get my hands on a complete set of photos. Anyone here interested in a little bootlegging and a big profit?
