Some of you might remember Lee Cockerell as Executive Vice President of Operations at WDW. He's recently begun putting together a rather impressive blog on Leadership. He's got some of the cliches you can find in leadership books in any airport bookstore, but there's some really good stuff. Easy to read too. Thought some of you might enjoy it:
