I'm back....again

Post by SRT_GB » Mon Sep 10, 2007 10:01 am

Well I didn't realize my account on here was still active. I used to post here a lot when I worked at DLR, but stopped visiting after I quit. According to the header my last visit here was January 5, 2006. And a lot has happened to me since then.

Since I left DLR, I've moved from Orange County to Seattle, taken up a job with a giant company that's bigger than Disney (but is not Microsoft), had a baby, and gotten married...yes, in that order.

I decided to come back to this forum when my now nearly 2-year-old son met Mickey Mouse the other day at a special event at the Experience Music Project in Seattle. He'd met Mickey a couple of times when we went to DLR (including at Club 33), but he wasn't nearly as excited to meet him as he was on Saturday. I met a DLR Entertainment CM at the event who told me he accompanies Mickey to events all over the world, and it reminded me and my wife (who I met working at DLR) of how much we miss the place.

You probably won't see me starting as many topics as I did when I worked at DLR, but I'll be around chipping in my two cents every now and then.

Boeing?

Starbucks?
