WDW Lifeguards... A Question for you!
What kind of shoes do you need? Obviously sandals, but how strict are they on the solid black thing. I found a pair that are affordable, but they have some Grey on them. I'm transferring to Typhoon Lagoon in 2 weeks and I'd like to get shoes before I start training.

Re: WDW Lifeguards... A Question for you!
You have two options, from what I hear: All black sandals, or white tennis shoes. From what I understand, the all-black rule is applied the same way they do it with shoes for everyone else. That's the experience my wife has had, anyway. All black and a heel strap. Black Crocs are also acceptable.
Also, I notice that once on the stand, most of the lifeguards, at least at Stormalong, are barefoot most of the time.
You can quote me on most of that.

My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?
