Cast Insight Needed on Roles

Can anyone here give me some insight into a couple of positions at WDW? The two are in theLeardership Casting Call area of the HUB, one is for Guest Service Leader for F&B and the other is Cartrting and Banquets. Any ideas on what duties would be expected, vs. what they put in the posting, etc.?
