Hi, newbie guest here
Hi, newbie guest here
I've registered with this site to post some positive experiences and thank yous to some Cast Members we has during our trip last week. Is this the right place to do it?
I'm writing a letter to guest relations also, but I'm not sure if that praise gets to the Cast Members.
We really had the best Cast Members this past trip.

I'm not a spokesman here or anything, but as I understand it, this forum exists as an "offstage area" where the CMs can relax and let our hair down without too much fear of reprisal from management (although they've been known to sniff around in here). Not all CMs are members here, so it's probably fairly unlikely that a particular CM you encountered on your trip will see your post here.
By all means post it, however, and send a copy to Guest Relations, too.

Re: Hi, newbie guest here
I do not work here or as a CM ever. I have noticed that the members like to hear happy people. When part of your day is spent with people whining, griping, insulting the place you work and you, and other annoyance then it is nice to hear the happy people.
I have enjoyed reading the posts by happy guests. While many CMs are not here does not mean that just maybe someone here will not be able to pass along the good news.
It is also nice to hear someone telling the offices what a great time you had. They hear so much complaints that it is refreshing to hear good news. Welcome to the site and if nobody posts then do not worry as they are a bit slow on the responding to anyone.

As for welcoming new members, how about I just upload a suitable smilie and let everyone use it?

I learned from the kids that when you make a chain of letters or other stuff then the page gets messed up. Had a kid post once 500 punctuation marks at least, you think this is bad, lol.darph nader wrote:Welcome.Btw,what the heck happened???I don't have a 62" wide screen monitor for my computer.
