Mad Props to All You Guys

I was in LA this weekend with time to kill so I stopped by the Park early Saturday evening. For a Saturday Night in late September it was an absolute mob scene. I was amazed at the size of the crowd. Lines seemed endless (to me anyway) and I have never seen that many strollers and wheelchairs and rascal scooters in my entire life. I was not terribly impressed with the quality of the guests either-- you could tell that there wasn't a NASA convention in the Park if you know what I mean.

Anyway, you had a parade, Fantasmic, and the Fireworks all within, what, about an hour and a half? Well, I have to say that the way the Cast was dealing with the crowds was very impressive. Everyone was busy but you were getting the job done, especially crowd control and the Main Street Shops. The Park looked great, and the lines were long but they were moving and all the Guests seemed happy as clams.

No point to this post, just telling you that I was proud of all of you.

I feel sorry for GC. Who ever thought of putting 3 events back to back ,should have their head examined. That has got to be the BIGGEST cluster fuck ever.
I don't know why the OCFD would let this happen?
But then again,I'm just a SG.

ps. thats why I avoid these events. ;)
