Hey guys, been lurking here a while and getting quite a few chuckles in the process.

After reading here, and hearing quite a few guest (and yes, other CM's) horror stories, I feel compelled to tell you how much I, my friends and my family, all truly thank you for making our experiences so wonderful. If it weren't for you guys, Disney parks would just be another amusement park. Thankfully, that's far from true, othewise, I wouldn't be spending so much time and money visiting WDW.

Keep up the great work! Be assured for every single idiot guest, there are thousands of others who appreciate what you all do and do well.
