Does anyone access their Disney email via Outlook but through the web/Portal at home? I haven't been able to get in all day - it says either my username or password is invalid but I know neither are...as I just accessed that email account yesterday at home.
Is it just me?

The past few days the Portal has been trying to install some software from Jupiter.net. Fortunately, I use Firefox which stopped and alerted me to the scam. Bad enough I have to spend my own time checking, I am *not* going to let the Mouse infect me with trojans.
I finally got it to work by opening an isolated copy of Internet Exploder, but promptly virus scanned after. It appears that no attempt was made to send me a program.
I recommend that anyone who has this problem (and the time) jam the customer support lines until they either tell us how to get access without accepting software or they give up.
That's going to be my approach!
