Illiterate?

Post by DLSweeper » Sat Apr 02, 2005 10:09 am

A friend told me a story that happened on Main St. last night. It went a little something like this:

A lady was waiting for Electrical Parade on Main St. She asked Tom, that's his name, when the parade was. He told her that there was no parade and it was over at the DCA side. He added that if she fliped her schedual over she would notice that it was in the other park. She replied "What? Are you saying that I can't read?" Tom said, "No, ma'am, you're telling me that."

Haha! I love that man! :D:

"I have a stupid question for you."

"Can I have a map?"

"Where is the restroom?"

"Do you work here?"

HAHA, yea people check their brains at the park gates. Like where is ToT, while standing in front of it. Guest asking: Do you work here? I am wearing a tower costume. Yikes

I was walking toward my break from castle burger (burger shop in Knight's kingdom next to the dragon (a roller coaster much like gadget's)) and a kid asks "where's the dragon?" mind you i was 5 ft in front of a giant sign that said "THE DRAGON" and they came from the direction where you can actually see the coaster.

I get this all the time at Greeter at Shrek 4D.

Geeze, people. I'm dressed in a goofy looking Robin Hood costume, standing underneath a building painted to look like a castle, and right beneath a sign that says Shrek 4D in six foot tall letters!

Overheard while waiting for the fireworks:

Guest: Where do I see the fireworks?
Crowd control CM: Up in the air, sir. Just look up.

That's how it is when Legoland has theirs. Hmmm, let's think people, obviously they're not going on now, they won't be blowing up in our faces, and fireworks have a tendncy to be shot up.

And my little signature that says "where is the parade?", the person wanted to know where the fireworks were
