Parking Structure Woes

I feel bad for the CMs out in the parking structure and tram load/unload area. Why?
Well, on my literal last visit to Disneyland, a family affair was held and we all went down to the park. We park up on top and go down to the tram. Everyone loads up onto the tram and we sit back hoping to have a final good time at the park. Low and behold the day starts off great. Tram is given the all clear signal, and right as we get ready to depart, some man just moseys up to the tram and hops onto a row. But he doesn't like the row, so he goes to another one. He does this for honestly, 2 or 3 minutes I think. Just trying to find somewhere to sit down. At one point he gets behind the yellow line, but gets back on board. So, by some divine intervention, he sits down. Be it the magical intercom telling him to get behind the yellow line, the numerous stares, or the people telling him to sit down or get off, I'm not sure.
I had to return to the parking structure to pick up something I left in my car (arcade money, if you must know). While going to my car, a woman pulls out onto a lane and starts driving...even though the arrows are pointing in the opposite direction. Shes driving straight towards me, as I put out both of my hands and start saying "Stop" even though she can't hear me. She gave me the most dumbfounded look on her face. I dart off to the side, in fear of getting flattened, as a literal wall of people are ahead of her, doing the same thing I tried. Does this phase her? Nope. Just then, a parking lot CM, sprinting to get to the car, manages to get her attention by knocking on her window.
How often does this happen? Its sad. I mean, arrows, on the ground, at in some point in time the driver should be looking at, pointing in the other direction. Does the light even attempt to turn on in their minds? :duh:
Other than that, the last day at the park for me was fun, The 80z All Stars played that night.
