I live on the 1st floor. There are 3 levels. Yes, I did call the management company and made a complaint. The CR&R's have rules. Keep your noise levels down. Keep tv noise the same level as well. Disturbing the peace can be at anytime. After 10 pm, is considering "Disturbing the peace." Plus if the police is called to break up a party or stop the noise, it goes onto a record at the management office.
The neighbor above me has been nailed for disturbing the peace. She also has been canned for illegal dumping. The last 2 nights have been when she comes in at 11:30 pm or 12:30 mid-night area to 2:30 am. Slamming the door, yelling, tossing furniture and going into her bedroom and yelling again. Remember there are neighbors knocking on door and telling her to quiet down. She has had parties in which started at 9 pm and ended at 3 am with loud music. It's called "Shut up and go to bed!"

But after being goaded and pushed into riding it many years ago, by my parents, I will never, ever EVER EVER set foot on Splash Mountain ever again. EVER.

You should send him off on a all expense paid trip to WDW. While he's gone, move, change jobs, and leave no forwarding info. The only way he might be able to track you down is hanging out in the mosh pit at a Metallica concert. :D:

That is a good idea! :) Princess Susi is looking into moving to Florida to be near
the World.
Heck, I'll even send her BOTH kids! ;)

Sadly that happened here in town. 2 kids went to school one day and when they went home, their parents had packed up and left them to be on their own. :(
Pretty shitty if you ask me.

That is terrible  How old were they?
Mine are almost 23 and 21. I keep the fridge/freezer stocked so they won't starve waiting for Hubby and me to come home from DLR ;)

This also happened to my former boss. He was away at college and came home and the house was empty. His folks had just forgotten to tell him the exact date they were moving. A quick phone call and he located them. But the initial shock was pretty amazing.

The boys were 15 and 17 IIRC. Never did find out if they ever found their parents.

As a parent to 2 adopted and a foster parent to 4 others at various times, I can't imagine why people bear children and then do something as horrible as this. This kind of stuff just infuriates me. I know ... I know .... why don't I just tell you how I feel. Gggrrrrrrr.

Yeah, happened to my brother in law many, many years ago before there were child protection agencies.
