I had intended to shred Wally and use him for packing material.

Well so far, e-mailing Fox News has come up empty. Three e-mails came back as failed to deliver, two others came back with notes saying that the mailbox was full. I guess no one checks the mail when the talent is on vacation. :(
I did receive an e-mail back from DL Guest Services thanking me for my comments. So at least one e-mail went through!

Send your message snail mail. That always goes through. Technology isn't infallible, you know....

Snail mail, IMO, is more personal anyway. It shows you care enough about the situation to write a letter (or print it out if you typed it) and to take the time to mail it (and pay the postage to do so).

Here is the list of getting the best result for your suggestion/feedback. This list is from least effective to best.
  1. Get on phone and talk to some department.
  2. Go to Guest Relations and speak to a GR CM.
  3. Go to Guest Relations, speak to GR CM, and then fill out Comment Card provided.
  4. Send an email to some random department head/mgr/person.
  5. Send an email to Guest Communications.
  6. Type and snail mail a letter to Guest Communications.
  7. Hand write and snail mail a letter to Guest Communications.
In the event you have a non-park related issue, do not bother going to Guest Relations. They have no power in those instances.

When you go to Guest Relations, be reasonable, quiet, and timely with your issue(s). You must give them the time to fix your issue(s). If you are expecting a solution, do not wait until the end of the night when there is no way to solve your issue. If it is important enough to you that you are upset, then it is important enough to walk to City Hall in a timely fashion.

Resort issues need to be handled much the same way except see your front desk! Again, be reasonable and timely addressing your issues.

OK, so get out your best penmanship and stationary and get cracking!

This message is brought to you from the Cast who constantly hear your issues and have no way of solving your issue due to lack of time to solve the issue, unreasonableness, screaming and/or out of my perview.

Or, "Get to steppin" as Ernie would say. :) Just love this phrase.

Thanks Polar!

Hopefully things get back to "normal" this week and I can focus on the FB group.
