I like fruity drinks (remind me to tell you about the time I got to stick my head into a 500 gallon vat of strawberry margaritas). It's the SGs who drink them that are the problem.

Now's as good a time as any.

I can't wait until early next year and we can move to a place where the internet connection doesn't just seem to go offline every so often.

Grr!

Did you see "Beerfest"? You just made me think of the bit when Landfill falls in the vat of beer and tries to drink himself out... :D:

I worked for the phone company years ago. One of our customers was Heublein. They had a bottling plant where they did mixed drinks. I was there one day replacing an explosion proof phone in the rectifying room where they had two 500 gallon vats. One had the lid off and was full of strawberry margaritas. The scent was overwhelming. I went up the stairs to the top of the vat, stuck my head in and took a huge whiff. About ten minutes later I was having a hard time standing up. The supervisor told me I was drunk. I was. Cool way to get there.

It's like the time I used the whole, "any children left behind will be moved to It's a small world" and one of my co-workers got mad at me that I was making fun of another attraction. I wanted to be like "Grow a pair, this job is supposed to be fun!" ;)
when i rode the tram to MGM, i was sitting all the way in the back with my parents, and a guy that used to work with my mom at AK was the announcer (i don't know what the official term is) used a variation of that line. something like if they left behind their children, there wasn't any openings in Small World until January.i can't remember what else he said, but he was pretty funny.

Something to the tune of "Please make sure to take all of your personal belongings, especially children. All of the positions at It's a Small World have been filled and we have no need for them"

I think little "bits" of humor like that add more to the experience than detract. It just shows they the CM's can appreciate the situation, as well as the guests!!
