I read that completely improperly the first time. Now, I get what you mean.

I have discovered that some families use the TT singles line mainly to avoid each other! Twice over the past couple of days, families (well, one family and one couple) have been ahead of me, and with the way it worked out, I could have switched with one so that they would have been in the same car (i.e. one was assigned to a vehicle, and then the other person and me were assigned to a different car together). Both times I offered to switch and they turned me down...the mom said her son was asserting his independence, and the wife of the couple said she sees hubby all the time anyway.

@Zazu:
Being in Florida and all, what do you do when it rains?

Ok, so that was a vague question....
Is the monorail always up?
And if so, what do you do with it when it rains?

Of course the monorail is always up! It's always up above the ground! :)

Seriously, rain is not usually a problem. Lightning is the problem. Outside rides and attractions shut down in case of lightning for safety. It doesn't take much lightning to shut those rides down either. The monorail will only stop for storms when it is VERY severe. Normally they keep running.

Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

Randy B wrote:One problem. I used to have several accounts on sites where I could post photos. But all of the sites I used went belly up and so I currently have no place to post them. And I just haven't taken the time to find a new (free) site.

But I do have photos of Zazu's pool layout, my over-the-top campsite layout, and even some of my layout that took over my livingroom (a 12'x14' room with over 230' of track spiraling through it and enough special effects to make Spielberg envious). So if I find someplace to post them I'd be willing to search for them and put them somewhere you all could see the proof of my insanity. :D:

OOH, I need more track for my set-up. I have to get on the horn to Delivears and order some! :D:
The Monorail set-up is sooooooo...much fun! Sounds like I gotta have more track to get my system up to par with you guys! :p:

Is PhotoBucket still around? They are a photo hosting site. I am not sure if they still exist, I think they do...

BTW I have now added the 10 photos of the totally over the top campsite layout.

One of these days I'll figure how to just post a link to the entire album and save you all the trouble of this long list. The only thing left at this time is to shoot some photos of my home layout (which will PROVE that I am insane). :)

Randy

GOOD GOD MAN! Those are just about the coolest photos I have seen! I want to go add more to my set RIGHT NOW! I am so jealous! WOW! JUST WOW! And don't worry about insane, most of us here at SGT are... I will be wearing my SGT tee-shirt on my next visit which sadly will not be until next Spring I think. We always go during the Flower and Garden show in May. I missed it this year due to our very sick kitty! Gotta get a Tee-shirt, Randy!

I give up on asking the question...
I was referring to Zazu's monorail...
Anyway...
