Geeze, I don't read a thread for several days and you all have gone off on food, AGAIN! Why do all threads here, turn to food eventually? LOL! Cause we all are a bunch of computer geeks sitting in front of the computer with our favorite snacks! I usually have Crunch-n-Munch, But only a teeny, tiny bit. And my eternal Diet caffiene free Pepsi...Always diet caffiene free...You DO NOT want to see me on caffiene! :hyper: to the Nth power! :hyper: :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

I went off on an eating binge yesterday. I think I finally had had it with Slime Fast every 4 hours everyday. I ate a bunch of cookies, Ruffles and Onion Dip, a Blackberry jam sandwich, and my usual Crunch-n-Munch, as well as a handful of tutti frutti jelly bellys. I was rummaging through the cupboards to find tasty treats, which in our house is not hard to find. We have a cupboard full of crap and I usually don't eat a bite of it. I do like my jelly bellys though and eat them and Good and Plenty from time to time. :)

Now, I did not eat all that stuff at once yesterday, mind you, This was over the peried of the whole day. My tummy did not feel so good last evening. :( Can you say bloated. Then....I stood on the scale and saw that I had added 4 and a half pounds!    NOT GOOD! So now I am back to Slime Fast and I am thinking of Nutrisystem. I was down to 204 and last night it said 208.5 and I cried. I cannot do that again. I just got so sick of Slime Fast and wanted some FOOD!!!! TREATS! CANDY! COOKIES! PIE! BACON!!!! I would have eaten a plateful of that if I had had it in the house. I was hungry for FOOD, not liquid diet! I love bacon. "God's meat candy!" I LOVE that expression! That is so funny! LOL! Good one!

So today, I am back to behaving myself and not eating a bunch of sugar and fat. I will go weigh myself RIGHTNOW! BRB!

I weigh 206. I musta pooped out most of it!Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww :barf: ....Mwahahahahahaha....Whew! At least I did not keep the 4.5 lbs. Now I have those 2 extra lbs looming over me.
This morning I am drinking Ginger Ale, because my tummy does not feel so good. :p:

Ralphie's family loves Nutella. They are from Europe and they eat it all the time. Ralphie likes it too. We always have some in the house. Maybe today....Noooooooooo....I am NOT gonna even think about it! HAHAHA!
I am leaving this thread now, with all it's obscene talk of food and caloric stuff! I need to go drink a Slime Fast. Or maybe have one of the SlimeFast snack bars they make that taste like cardboard. Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! I'm hungry!!!!! BUT I need to lose 50 lbs and that is fact. It will help my health and my back to get the weight off and I will feel better. So no Fluffernutters or nutella sammiches or moon pies and jellybellys.

Ralph said he will make me a tasty healthy breakfast of two eggs scrambled with tomatos, onions, and artichoke hearts along with a couple pieces of bacon and two small taquitos. That will be my chewy good meal today! Then it will be Slime fast for lunch and Dinner. Maybe I should try the Special K challenge.

I NEED to exercise, but my back and left leg is hurting again, already and I can't. It would do more damage to work my back too hard than it would be to try to sweat the lbs away. :(
Oh well, off to read the pop culture magazines! Gotta see what Britney is up to today! Heeheehee!!!! Be back later today! :D:
sues*I want FOOD*slicker (but I KNOW I AM going to eat very well at CLUB 33 in 5 days! YAY! I WILL go off my diet for that! You betcha!!!!!:D :)

Because most of us are either Mensans or Mensa eligible. And almost all Mensa events tend to revolve around food in some way.

Ain't it the truth? I just get so sick of Slimefast and I need to chew something like a good steak or even a nice piece of Salmon. This liquid diet sucks. I really think I am going to call Nutrisytems. They deliver the food and you prepare what you have to each meal and snack. You have to stick to it and lbs will come off. And it is food you need to use your teeth for. :D:

The real thing is that I need to exercise. Moving would really burn off LOTS of calories fast. But with my back hurting again and knowing that I have a squished disk and arthritic bone in there, I do NOT want to risk damaging my back further. That would be bad. I already have to have another one of those damn injections and I have to psych myself up for that one. So when I start on the treadmill again and the crunches, I know I will lose lbs and tone everything. I just can't now. :(

By the end of the day yesterday, my back hurt so bad and my leg was twanging with sciatica so badly, I just went to bed. The end of the day? It was 4PM!!!!!! I hurt that bad by early afternoon. I slept until 5:30AM today!

I just hope they can fix my back so I can exercise again. The damn thing is, if I could get the lbs off, it would be really good for my back. I am not really heavy or way overweight. I just need to lose, realistically, 35 lbs, but I want to lose 50, so I am back to what I was in college. 35 would still be healthy and I would not be over my weight for my height. I am 6 ft and 204 right now, but flabby!

Hey, I am middleaged woman...I have a lot a flab...and I need to get the flab off. I want muscle, just like I had back in college! I ran 4 times a week and worked out and was in great shape and healthy! I have let it all go. I am pathetic! :p: Heeheehee...just kidding, not pathetic, but discouraged and wanting to be active again!!!!! I have to ride the damn scooter at DL again this trip. THAT does NOT make Susi smile!
The trip to DL makes me smile though and so I will have fun! :)

Oh, I just had my afternoon Slimefast and percocet! Vanilla flavored Slimefast this time. I'll save chocolate for dinner...Mmmmmmmmm....Liquid Dinner. Sad.

sues*I want a freakin' steak*slicker

Actually, maybe I WILL have steak tonight. I can just have Ralph take me to Outback for dinner! I would not mind a small filet with a baked potato, NOT loaded :( (I love loaded baked potatoes! YUMMY!) with a fresh salad. NO dessert. Maybe Ralph will want to go out for diinner...wait it's Friday, right? Forget that. Too many pepople at Outback here in burbs on Fridays. Maybe I will just have him go pick up Chinese. That would be good. Lots of vegies and shrimp! Mmmmmmmm...That sounds good. OR...Sweet Tomatoes, the salad bar place. That is good too. You can get as much as you can eat of salad. They also have other stuff like really good soups, pasta, breads and desserts, but salad sounds good....Fresh veggies...Mmmmmmmmmm...
NOW you me doing it! Talking bout food! Can't win!!!!!! hahahahahahaha :p:
Oh well, if you can't beat em....beat em up! :p:

Fluffernutter? sounds like a disease for men.
course, a Yaris sounds like something women do when they are alone.
