Ah Mansion's best trainer! He goes into great detail with everything. You'll learn a lot from him more than any other trainer.
He is a great trainer. He did my PA

Yeah it was great to see Robbie there yesterday at the Mansion training. It is horrible that use night crew people never get to see the morning crew. So anywho Jason just trained yet another person bearing my name. (There are 3 of us now....and my name isn't that common its around just you never see that many in one place)
So were any of you Mansion kids there for the downtime yesterday (I heard and hour and a half). I got second hand information about it and it was a mess coming in the front of the Mansion. I got put at Merge Point towards the end of the mess when the fast pass line still looked longer then the standby (if one more guest asked "Are you sure this is the right line we have fast pass" I was gonna scream). Then Henry the Pooh GC lead tried to make things easy for me by collecting the fast past tickets before the merge point. ARGH makes me feel like they feel I can't do my job, threw off my entire rhythm. I told Henry I didn't need help and that I could do it just fine. Which when he left I did and got the fast pass line under control.

I wasn't working at Mansion but I heard about it. Who decided to give the ENTIRE stand-by line re-ads?!

Aren't auto ride-stops and an auto e-stops two completely different things? I know at Carrousel and Dumbo they are. But then again they could be the same cause when either of them happen at routes we still power down. Oh goodness :? now I've even confused my self.
The ride stop at Dumbo does almost the exact same thing as the estop. Only when you hit the estop the Dumbos stop quickly and you have to hit the power disconnect to lower the Dumbos. If you hit the ride stop it slows to a stop, and then you just lift the mushroom and hit load park...no powering down required. At Carrousel, a ride stop makes the horses go one full cycle before stoping, and estop is a quarter of a turn...fairly quickly. They would rather us hit the estop instead of the ride stop on either attraction. YEAH good times on classics!!!

From what I understand it was only the people who waited around inside the queue. And they were fastpass tickets not re-ads. Oh that would be Gavon

So we now have recoverable Auto-ride stops, meaning if we get a ride stop, due to a zone time out, we don't evac, right away, the north advance CM goes up to tower, locks out and waits for facilities to arrive, if facilities take more than 15 min we evac, if they get there faster than than north advance and facilities go into the attraction to the problem, if facilities says yeah, less than 15 minutes, we don't evac, but NA sticaks around to reset the vehicle, and calm guests and stuff, also NA times facilities, if it takes more than 15 minutes, they call tower and say hey we're outta time, i'm comming back to get the evac team(s), and we do that, other wise we fix it go back, do a ride start, moake sure nobody else times out, bring it into show conditions, if we get a zone time out, we evac b/c by then it's been a long time, and everyone on the attraction gets to ride a second time.
Thats rather interesting. Does Indy still experience 101's due to oil spills? I was there one day and we were down for 6 1/2 hours because of an oil spill from one of the jeeps. That was fun.
yeah we do! it usually isn't the oil spill that causes it, i think that that makes a ride stop for a zone time out. but usually the vehicle will hit the oil and loose footing, causin it to carren out of place, and confuse the computer, or simply fail to stop. but as soon as we see that we get custodial there. the longest it's been for that so far has been i think... 4/5 hours recently at least.

You didn't hear about that one? From what I heard (I wasn't there either) something broke that would have if we continued running torn up the track causing a manditory 6 week rehab. I don't know details, they evaced.

I found out tonight. A "Bone Bolt" broke on buggy 51 causing it to dig into the track. Had the bolt sheared and not broke, then the track would have been torn apart. Last time this happened, it was down for 2 weeks.
