There is, however, a potential downside to biking; sitting on the bicycle seat may result in the compression of nerves and blood vessels of the vulnerable area of the body called the perineum. The perineum is the area between the anus and the base of the penis in males and between the anus and the vagina in females; it contains both blood vessels and nerves. Compression of the perineum can lead to nerve damage, swelling, artery insufficiency (lack of blood flow through the vessel), and even occlusion (blockage) of blood vessels, which in turn can lead to temporary or permanent groin numbness, tingling sensations, decreased penile blood supply, erectile dysfunction (impotence), decreased orgasm sensitivity, and pain.
The very easy fix is to use a seat with a slot that will relieve pressure on the perineum.

So in laymen's terms,,,,it's a nut cruncher.

Only if you're riding side saddle.

What happens if your seat were to crack the seat some how? Where would you sit and would the flight crew have a replacement seat?

Drink a bottle of Blazin' Saddle. The resulting exhaust can be used to weld the crack in the seat back together.

Oh, the fact that you can grip it with your thighs is probably an added safety feature. :D:

You will have to put the person in Business class, first class or the luggage compartment?

Even the luggage compartment sounds more comfortable than those things.

Another view.

There should be a notch in the top of the seat so you can rest your chin when the seat is reclined.

Ouch -- I'm in pain just looking at that picture. That tray would be imbedded in my stomach, and my knees would want to be halfway into the seat ahead of me. There's no way I'm flying any airline that goes to those.
