All good reasons not to move out there. Don't worry, guys. I won't be moving to DL. I wouldn't want to live in the LA area personally. For me big cities are great places to visit but no way would I want to live in one. Hell, I avoid the Orlando proper when I can!

I prefer earthquakes over hurricanes. Earthquakes are one big BANG!! and it's over. Hurricanes have a build up over days with the will it hit us or not, do we head inland or sit it out, how much is plywood at Home Depot, stuff like that.
