Darn! They need a state where you can do it with any age, including OVER 18. For years, my brother's eight kids kept yammering about how they hated his rules, couldn't wait to move out the second they turned 18, yada yada yada blah blah blah. Then they turned 18, realized that moving out includes something called "bills," and suddenly the household rules weren't so bad.
