December 26, 1955. We drove down to Anaheim from Portland, staying overnight part way down at the Silver Moon Motel, which had a swimming pool and orange trees with "real oranges" on them. :D: I'd never seen an orange tree before and never swam in a motel swimming pool before.
The crowds at the park were very low, but one of the cast members told us that they'd had record crowds the day before Christmas and on Christmas day. Even though I was very young I fell in love with Disneyland, and on my first trip to WDW 45 years later, I knew the general layout of the Magic Kingdom and could find most of the rides from memory. It also helped that we bought a map of DL and I studied that map numerous times through the years, wishing I could go back. ;)

1990. I was an infant. I guess my parents thought that 1 year olds needed to see all Southern California amusement parks at once, cause the video also has Sea World, Wild Rivers, and Knott's also.
My parents are the kind not to remember things like lens caps and off buttons, so I know the inside of my stroller, early 90's shoe fashion, and the sidewalks very well after watching that movie. :D:

Legend: Alligators dwell in the sewers beneath Disneyland.
Truth: There are no sewers below Disneyland, and therefore no alligators in them. The secret tunnels are infested with mutant rats, however.
