Life is eaiser when you realize that we are designed to be carnivores!

Kill it, eat it. (burp!)

Mmmm Fresh baked bread, or Cinnamon rolls! with frosting, and melting butter!! served with a hot chocolate, and a side of ice cream!! (with sprinkles)
You're so bad! But then we knew that didn't we? (Pirate! ;)

Ladies, I can sympathize on the shape related back issues. . .sometimes you just get tired of hauling it all around if you know what I mean!

And trying sports bras/minimizers or something? Forget it. I got trapped in a spandex sports bra once for fifteen minutes and couldn't get it off. Seriously. It had no hooks to undo and once it was on I could not get out of it. Try explaining that to security at Target. "Yeah- I have to wear this home, can I hand you the tag and some cash over the top of the dressing room door please? It just won't come off so there's no other way."

I thought I was going to have to take scissors to the thing before the adventure was over but fortunately, I prevailed at last.

Needless to say I "won't be makin' that same mistake again" to quote Barbossa . . .

Sorry those other links didn't pan out, Susi. Basically the one with nz on the end had an account of how they used soy-based feed for a certain species of very colorful bird that's used in the pet trade; normally it takes several years for the birds to gain their full vibrant color, but the soy formula made them color up sooner. But then the birds started getting sick and dying. When they were autopsied, their internal organs were DISSOLVING.

Soy has been linked strongly to autism (the vaccine link has been disproved). It's also one of the major allergens, worse than wheat or gluten. In fact, Asians didn't start eating soy products until 200 years ago. Before that, the only time they ate soy was during times of famine. It was used mainly as a green manure crop. When soy is processed into tofu, it's done in an aluminum drum, and it absorbs alot of aluminum. Soy actually has natural toxins in it, and the only way to remove these toxins is through fermenting. The only safe soy products are soy sauce, miso and tempeh.

Maybe if you Google soy toxicity, you could get the links. Or more information.

I remember when they Tofu craze started, the joke was that it was secretly poison sent over by the evil red menace.....now It looks like there might be a little truth in that. Especially when it might be causing all these so called problems that people are having with different foodstuffs!
