This is true, that is the one with legal standing, but if no one's done that yet a poor man's will be fine. I don't think anyone would be silly enough to try to put something with no legal standing against something with legal standing, that's like putting a car up against a train.

An electronic copyright can be filed at http://www.copyright.gov/ for $35. Seems like pretty cheap insurance.
