Depending on where they are from it is understandable. In Toronto they accept paper coffee and drink cups in the recycling stream. Different jurisdictions have access to various facilities to handle different materials. I believe it was Tim Hortens that pushed the city ti implement paper cup recycling when the city tried to ban paper cups.5th Dimension wrote:
