Funnily enough, Harmon Photo is where I went. OK service, was a bit puttoff though by the employee declaring she knew all that needed to be known about Canadian Passport Photos and not needing to look at the handout that I had on the matter.

I sent off the application to Canada, and hoped for the best.

Lo and behold, I received a notice from Passport Canada the other day informing me that my application was being rejected because the photos didn't meet established guidelines :rolleyes: .

I guess I'll just lodge an application when I head up to visit family in Montreal this summer. Walmart Canada will do Passport Photos for half the price I paid in the US (CA$15/~US$14). They'll even gurantee that the photos will be accepted or you get a free reshoot.
