That sounds more like my home layout. I have designed mono stations for the parks that the real trains don't do and have stations and attractions from both coasts. So MY monorail travels to both coasts as well as all four WDW parks and several resorts not currently represented in WDW (I have a FtWilderness and Wilderness Lodge station). And I have modified the trains and designed the controlling electronics that cause the trains to stop at each station and hold until the track ahead is clear. And if that wasn't enough, I actually have one train modified with a video camera built into the cab with a transmitter so I can actually "virtually ride" the train.Cranbiz wrote:Randy was actually constructing the monorail to Universal. He had SG's lined up for miles to get on it.
Of course, they had to go to Honey, I shrunk the audience first.
God help you if you're also a pilot and I ever meet you. We'll never stop talking. And I don't care how creepy you are, either :D:Randy B wrote:Actually I have way too many hobies. I do woodworking, electronic design, photography, video production, audio recording and editing, and I watch lots of DVDs (mostly Disney and old TV) and read LOTS of books. And this is just the top of the list.
I took ground school and passed my test easily, but never could come up with the dough to get any flight time. So I guess I am a halfway pilot. does that count? :D:Big Wallaby wrote:God help you if you're also a pilot and I ever meet you. We'll never stop talking. I'll have plenty of time with a 20 day stay in WDW in oct so maybe on your day off we can hit a park and just chatter the day away. :)

When I search for "onetrackrandy" I get an error telling me no photos were found.
