Hmmm... ever considered giving out email addresses of people you don't like to the scammers? It would be a fun way to deal with the occasional troll here. I have this annoying pest named BAR who smeared my good name on his site and lied about me. I call him tongue bather because he was so drunken he licked my hand. YUK. Wombat or Wallaby or Zazu or Darph but not BAR. Nope I hate nobody that much, yet.
