Well if you had paid attention to the signs that said "stroller parking" I wouldn't have had to move it. And yeah its fun to move them all around and watch them search for 15 minutes trying to find it. It's not my fault you took your name off the stroller you rented! Theres only a million others in the park! Idiots!
Agreed. I have had people come up to me to report their stroller being "stolen". I ask them if they checked the stroller parking area, which is never far away. Then they go there and OMFG THERE IT IS! :oweye:

I had something like that happen to me the other day, I work right across the street from a mall, so sometimes I walk over to Nordstrom’s Café for lunch, as I am walking toward the store, these two... erm, very large woman, practically come running past me and scamper into Nordstrom’s. I have an hour for lunch and I was in no hurry, so I shrugged it off.

I caught up with them near the escalators and got on right behind them, they raced to the café like they were nearing the end of a 5 mile marathon, got right in the doorway and STOPPED. I mean, just freaking parked there and oohed and ahhed over the menu. But, they were so huge I could not get around them into the restaurant without shoving one of them out of the way! I already knew what I wanted to order, so I went around a table to get into the café and took my place in line.

The two chicks finally decided what they wanted to eat, must have realized I was ahead of them. As I am standing there staring off into outer space, something hits me right in that spot behind your knee. I turned and there was the fat chick with an arm load of shopping bags. I took a step forward, thinking I was in the way. A few seconds later, the bag hit me again. I moved up. Again, a few seconds after that, she did it again, this time, really clobbering the back of my knee!

I turned around and yelled, “IF YOU HIT ME WITH YOUR GODDAMN BAG ONE MORE TIME, I WILL PUT MY FOOT RIGHT UP YOUR ASS!” Of course, everyone in the room stopped to stare at me, but she backed up three steps and meekly said, “Sorry.”

Um, the title of this thread is "Stroller People Without Common Sense"? I don't believe I would have admitted that! :p:

Please pay attention: We don't care if you push your stroller. We care if you push your stroller *into* us. :bikehit:

If everyone else is out of range, push away!

What about the most jaw-dropping stroller person of all - the Pin Trader with pin bags in the stroller instead of a kid?!?!?

Now that's an idea... next time I go to Disney, I am going to rent a stroller. That way I don't have to carry my backpack, not pin bag, and I can use it to ram people who are in my way

yeay! :D:

I think that pushing anything automatically saps a person's common sense. Hubby and I were walking into Adventureland one day over that wooden ramplike area. Nearby was a family pushing an old lady in a wheelchair. As we passed them, I overheard one of them say, "Wouldn't it be cool to just let her go down the ramp?" Of course, I thought they were kidding...until I saw something whoosh by me several seconds later!

I had seen it coming out of the corner of my eye and stepped out of the way (I've visited the parks enough to have finely honed self-preservation instincts). It was that poor old woman...the Darwin family had actually let her go!!!

One of them came running after her and managed to grab one of the handles. The chair had so much momentum at that point that it turned and was in danger of tipping. Thankfully, my husband had been walking ahead of me and was in a position to grab it. When the rest of the Darwins caught up with us, one of them said, "Thanks! We had a runaway granny on our hands there."

Throughout the whole thing, poor granny never said a word. I don't know if she was incapable or was just used to being tortured by her family. I hope that she was wearing her Depends that day. I wonder if parents ever play "Runaway Baby" with their stollers over there.
