Now that's a good find, Shorty.

Whoa, hold on there a second. Even if you can't spiel, you're still a member of the show, even if your job is to just be seen and not heard. You may not consider yourself a CM, but we still do :p:

I assume that letters addressed like this will make it to him:

Doug Lord
Director of Transportation
P.O. Box 10000
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
Yes, really nice find! I need to draft a letter. Find one for the head of dining? I need to give him a piece of my mind too, while there is still something left :D:

Feel free to pass them on. I am a bit of a procrastinator when it comes to writing letters. I owe letters to relatives that have been pending for a decade or so. But as you saw, when the moment strikes me I can be a bit verbose. Then the moment is gone. But when I write something like that I fully expect that it may make its way to those who really need to read it. So if you feel that it could make a difference in any way. please feel free to pass a copy along.

Thing is, they'll listen much better if it's coming from you than from me. And about not being a Cast Member, I somewhat take that back. I am a Cast Member, just not in a Cast Member role.

I'm going to write one of those letters or emails, based on our experience on the buses last month. The first time I heard the MiMs recording I just rolled my eyeballs and listened to the whole spiel. On the next bus we boarded, there was so much noise from everyone talking that you couldn't hear a word that was being announced. Not one word! So what good does that do? At least with a real person talking, they could get your attention first before making announcements.
Every time we hopped on a bus I would greet the driver with a cheery "Good morning" or "Hello Bus Driver." Only once did I get a friendly greeting or even a smile in return. Buses are no fun anymore. :(

I'd reccomend writing a paper letter as they tend to have more of an impact than an email.
