Ditto here! I eat my share of junk food, but I no way live off if it. I love the stuff, but I know my limits and I also make up for it by eating healthier on some days. And as I have said many times is that I work long hours on a very physical job, which at times keeps me from eating anything close to a decent meal. I make up for it with meal replacement shakes or light snacks to keep me going.Mayonnaise wrote:Seen it. Still eat it. That sort of stuff only happens when you, like an idiot, eat fast food 3 meals a day. Everything in moderation.

Practicing portion control is a great way to eat out, eat the things you love, but also limit what your intake is. About 90% of the time I always get a child's meal because that is what about my intake is. Or simply just order appetizers or bring your left overs home and eat them another time.
I've never had any problems with eating out because I know my body and I know my limits.
It's a Star Trek reference. The first episode of the series aired back in 1966 was The Man Trap, in which an old flame of McCoy's turned out to be a Salt Vampire. Her name was Nancy Crater.Mayonnaise wrote:I don't get it.
