Drunk at Busch Gardens? How could that happen?
Yeah, yeah... I get it but you guys know we're no longer owned by Anheuser Busch as of two years ago. We were sold to Blackstone. Seaworld, Discovery Cove, Water Country, and the rest... (Any body want to discuss what it's like to have your HOME park sold?) By the way I spent three years at Water Country USA. There is much I just have had to tune out as far as bikinis are concerned. Hate seeing old men in speedos big time. It's just creepy.

Thank you for the warning... Wasn't aware what I'd be stepping into (I'm not much into drinking. I hate beer.), because Busch Gardens was never about the beer for me. It's always felt like home and the more I work there the more it feels like a community. Also Busch Gardens (and Water Country USA) are essential to this part of Virginia's economy. We'd be screwed without them. By the way, cashiers and drink attendants have to attend Bar coding class and pass a test at the end before they can work in those positions. Nice to meet you by the way. I look forward to the discussions.

Got to love bathing suit season, lol! As a guest, i find it amazing what I see people wear, who have no business wearing it. Esp the speedos and bikinis. Do they not look in a mirror?
Don't need to see bikinis with rolls of fat hanging over, or speedos ick My eyes hurt now. But it seems like it's not N. Americans wearing this stuff.
Cultural differences I guess.

Wearing a bathing suit top or going shirtless on attractions  ewww, i don't want to sit where someones sweaty back was!!

I know what you mean about it not being about the beer for me. I used to work at Busch Williamsburg myself (one season on Railroad as an Engineer/Fireman, and one season on Roman Rapids.) Personally, having encountered drunk guests when I worked at my first park (Knott's Berry Farm,) I've always been of the opinion that alcohol really doesn't have a place in theme parks. (Of course, my being a teetotaler adds to that opinion.)

Can you stick around longer? The BDoSGT are thinking of adding BBQ to our menu...
