yeah, the oh shit i'm getting pulled, mad-dash to costuming SUCKS! i've had to do it for parades, and for Fantasmic!
Perhaps you should talk to your managers and see if there is any way it can be arranged that instead of having to run back and forth to change, that maybe you can just push through to the next land... main street costumes match themeing to the entire west side, who's to say a rual street vendor couldn't take an excursion though the wilds of adventureland and dissapear into the back streets of new orleans...

Just wondering, I had a friend who used to work DCA Outdoor vending, and on her schedule it would simply tell her what she was working, not where, unlike most other departments where I am told where I am and what I am doing. Does DL ODV tell you what location you are working, unlike DCA ODV? [/i]

My attraction has three costumes for just one attraction. Depending on the job you are doing depends on what costume you wear. My area has 3 other attractions which has 3 other costumes. Now with the cast zooming you are only allowed to have 5 costumes, but there are 6 costumes for my area. Some people work each job as equally as possible.

DL allows 3 costumes. Well 3 bottoms and 3 tops. 1 hat, 1 belt, 1 coat, 1 jacket, 1 set of rain gear, 1 pair of gloves, 3 pairs of socks (if needed), 1 pair of shoes (if needed), 1 apron (except foods I believe), 1 tie, 1 scarf/muffler and you cannot exceed 15 costume pieces total.

I count 24 pieces total if you need at least one of each thing. That is if they count each piece of a pair as a seperate piece that is scanned out.

Why did the no special issue for belts extend from black belts, which it was orginally intended for, to the maroon belts for custodial! They are a very important part of our costume, without them we look like we're painters or milk men or something. Also, we need them to wear our pouch!

Same reason I can't have a brown CC belt out and a black belt out at the same time. Yet I have two hats....apparently a bat hat though called a bat hat is not really a hat -shrugs- stupid costuming.
Belts are a required costume piece for all costumes that have belts

You know I was just talking to someone in costuming yesterday about this. (although it was the Fantasy/Toon costuming) and she said it's supposed to be one coat/jacket/belt per costume. So you should be able to have one brown and one black belt for example. She did say that some idiots (her word) decide to make it one period. So, if you're really having an issue with getting a different coat, whatever (like for a different costume cause maybe you wanna keep the one you have) I'd argue with them, maybe even get their lead there.

at Legoland, almost all food outfits are the same, the only one that's different is our only real restraunt so only those people work there. Also all attractions outfits are the same. it's funny, Legoland has been open for only 5 years and we don't have wordrobe problems. (I guess if we did have to change outfits it's only 10 minutes at the most to wardrobe from anywhere in the park) but we have gone through multiple outfit colors
