Several years ago, I applied to Home Depot, and they told us they take at least 2-4 months to get back to people. One of my ex-roommates told us she'd gotten a job at Home Depot, she had decorator experience, but she was also a pathological liar and an alcoholic. But the decorator experience was no lie--she showed her talent there. But we were sick of her lies and drama--including a suicide attempt we didn't realize until later, when she threw up everything she'd taken--so we kicked her out. Last I heard she's in rehab.
