If it was me, I'd just like to be there as they were led off property by the cops, all the while the skipper in my head telling me, "Smile and wave, smile and wave."
While wearing the Mickey gloves ;)

That's a crock of shit but sadly it happens more often then not. People can and will say anything if they suspect they will get something for free out of someone. Frankly I feel more badly for the kid who is the victim of it's parents. They probably didn't think of that, did they? Way to screw your kid over parents!
If it was me, I'd have been pointing and laughing as they where being escorted out!

Those people need their innards pulled out and roasted over hot coals while they watch. Scamming for freebies? Shameful. But faking sexual harassment claims? Downright damaging to society. When people lie about that, it makes every legitimate complaint of a similar nature less believable and less likely to end in a safer environment for the victim. People like this are why my completely valid complaint was given only token attention before being dismissed.

Did the company give your friend the paperwork with their names? This may be one of those few times where your friend would be able to sue.
In the meantime, the fact that they've been banned permanently is a very good thing. That is why, when you do get something for free at Disney, it goes on record. And I, for one, am a big fan of that fact, ever since I first saw someone banned for something similar (though not as major an infraction).

I've heard that they do that. One of my CM friends said that one time 10 years ago, her family had been given some passes or other compensation due to some Guest Recovery issue on a rainy night at Micky's Very Merry Christmas Party. She asked a friend (apparently GR) about it, and it was on the record despite it happening so long ago. They haven't asked for anything at all since in all those years, but the Mouse remembers.
I'm told that, after a certain point, Disney's lawyers will go into someone's record and put something to the effect of "Do Not Give This Person Anything Else" if it is determined that they've been scamming for free stuff for long enough. I'm glad that the Mouse tracked this family and determined what kind of game that they were playing and responded accordingly with "Game Over, Thanks for Playing".
